Could you tell me do I need CGFNS visa screen for filling I-140 as registered nurse?

My situation,

I am having Bachelor Of Science in Nursing degree from US unviersity.
I have state board nursing license (RN NcLex) from NJ.

Do I still need CGFNS VIsa Screen?

I applied for the visa lottery while my EB3 I-485 was pending and while waiting for the priority date to be current. I won the lottery and got my green card and the two are COMPLETELY UNRELATED. Good luck with the visa lottery, for me, it saved my sanity!

Hi all,

Can an eb3 with pendding I-40 apply for visa lottery? would that effect the current i-485 application if visa lottery not won? will it cause to the refusal of the I-485?

I had Mar 05 PD through RIR but lost it as i never applied for I140. 4 other guys from my company are in the same boat as mine...

Current PD is Oct 05 through PERM...

By the way i dont think we can ever find the count between Jan 05 - Mar 05 through this thread...Data from FOIA request would be more helpful

Whatever maybe the motivation, but I hope there are enough politicians like him who depend on immigrant votebanks to push for CIR. Not sure, CIR even if passed would do any good EB. :rolleyes:

H4 Valid till APR 2009
If she stays put in US , Effective Oct1st, her status will be H1.
If she goes out of the country and enters back using her H4 stamping, she will be on H4.
If she intends to work, she will have to either apply for Change of Status from H4 to H1 or needs to go for H1 stamping and enter US using that stamp.

Recently my employer written a mail saying that he is closing the company and said to look for new employer.Previously i am working through a middle layer.When i found new employer he directly approached main vendor regarding contract.Now i am working without middle layer.Mean while middle layer hold my 45 days pay .The middle layer is not willing to pay.It is almost 8 months.I worked more than 20 months through middle layer.Can i get my money back?The middle man Threatening saying there is contract which you cannot go and it is breach.Can you please advise.

Thanks a lot for your reply.

I was wondering how the engine is calculating the scaling of the image to change the ViewPort, while zooming in and out. Does the change of ViewPort and the image composition within it depends only on the viewport width?

I have not able to find much greater details on this yet from MS. Would you be able to direct me please to some materials to understand more on Multiscale image control and its working in and out.

Hi firends,

I heard that now all we are getting 2 Year EAD/ AP for renewals. Thats very good news to us. I have couple of questions on this.

1. How do we need to pay for renewal? Fee will be 2 years fee or 1 year fee?
2. Is this one combined document with EAD/AP?
3. Is this process already started?

Hi Antonio, I have the 70-210 AF (non-D). It's from the first generation of Nikkor AF lenses. I've also got the 18-70. The focus on the 70-210 is pretty sluggish. It can't keep up to fast moving targets, at least w/ the D80 (I've heard the D200 has a better focus motor -- this lens uses the old in-camera focus motor rather than the newer/quieter in-lens focus mechanism). I've shot some sports with this lens, and it's fine when you can pre-focus on a spot, or when the action is moving perpendicular to you (rather than towards/away) -- it can keep up. If you can live with these limitations, then the lens will work for you. I can't really comment on how the 70-210 AF-D works, though I've read the same thing, that it's geared for faster focus.
