I applied my labor as Software Engineer and BEC approved it with a code of Mechanical Engineer. I got it changed, but took me a year though. They kept my change request until the end when they were ready to shutdown BEC.
I probably go ahead and use what in the approved labor certificate. by the way how do I find exact job-code that I used in the I-140.

How are you calculating the border right now? Are you simply taking the size of the image and subtracting a few pixels?

You need to be present in US at time of applying for the extension and when its approved. Said that in your case I think it would be fine to start H1B extension process after you are back. May be to be safe you can try doing it premium(if company is ready to spend extra money) as it gets done usually in less than a month.

Even I am very worried about the same as my filling for H1 extn is going to come soon and due to the recent denials, I am very worried. I don't have EAD also with me and my priority date is very late. I heard about 3 cases where H1 extn is denied.

I have filed my GC from Employer A , now I have completed 1 year since I 485 is filed. I have an offer from empyer B who is ready to transfer my H1B. Now my current H1B is expiring in Nov and I will be completing my six year in nov itself. If I go with employer B I am not sure for how long my H1B will be extended. Please advise suitable process for this.
I believe you should be using your EAD + AC21 after 6 months of filing 485.
